At-Home Healthcare, a department of Beloit Health System, offers intermittent home visits for skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, medical social services, personal care and nutritional counseling. Other services include infusion therapy and enterstomal therapy. The agency works with all payer sources. It is certified by Medicare and Medicaid, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organizations, and licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. Service areas include Wisconsin counties of Rock, Green and Walworth; and Illinois counties of Winnebago and Boone.
