Birth Refresher Class

This class is designed for couples who have already attended a set of childbirth classes and/or have had a birth experience. This fast-paced class will build upon previous birth experiences and knowledge. It is best attended during the last trimester of pregnancy.

This class is $10 for those delivering at Beloit Hospital, and $20 for those delivering at other area hospitals.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing in which to do floor exercises and relaxation/breathing rehearsal.
