Cardiac Rehab
Beloit Hospital offers three phases of Cardiac Rehabilitation.
- Phase I - Immediate post "heart attack" or in-hospital rehabilitation.
- Phase II - Post surgical, post "heart attack" or post stenting in an outpatient monitored rehabilitation program. Phase III- After completing Phase II, Beloit Health System offers a continuation into a healthy lifestyle program at NorthPointe Health and Wellness campus.
