Darien Clinic

The Darien Clinic is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m- 5 p.m. Your primary care provider in Darien is Sue Boland, PA-C, Family Practice. As a certified Physician Assistant, Sue provides a broad range of healthcare services such as physical exams, diagnosis of illness, developing treatment plans, the order and interpretation of lab tests, and the writing of prescriptions. Sue sees patients in Darien five days a week- Monday through Friday.

Services offered in Darien include Primary Care and Occupational Health (including audiology testing). A Foot Clinic is offered one day each month by our At-Home Healthcare. X-ray and lab services are onsite for your convenience.

Occupational Health Services include employer health, safety and wellness programs including pre-employment physicals, substance abuse testing, DOT physical exams and more.
