Basic Life Support (CPR) Recertification for Healthcare Providers

Event cost: $40

Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider RECERTIFICATION course is required every two years. Please check your expiration date to be sure that you reserve your spot to recertify on time.

Course costs $40 and accompanying book costs $11 plus $5 to cover the cost of postage for a total of $56.

Classes will be held in the hospital auditorium.

YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE CLASS UNTIL YOUR CHECK IS RECEIVED.

A book will be mailed to participants upon receipt of registration form and the correct fee. Participants are expected to thoroughly study in preparation for the course.
