One-Day (Saturday) Diabetes Education Class held in the Community Education Room at NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus, 5605 E. Rockton Rd., Roscoe, IL.

(Physician referral is required. Please call 364-5137 regarding information and program fees.)

Learn CPR from American Heart Association trained instructors and first aid at Heart Saver Saturday. Each course costs $35. Class held at Beloit Hospital Auditorium.

YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE CLASS UNTIL YOUR CHECK IS RECEIVED.

A book will be mailed to participants upon receipt of registration form and the correct fee. Participants are expected to thoroughly study in preparation for the course.
