Taking Care of Your Heart Presentation
In 2012, did you promise yourself you were going to take better care of your heart? If so, NorthPointe Health and Wellness is offering a free education seminar to provide you with an abundance of good information on heart health. Dr. Robert Harner, Cardiologist and Lipidologist, and Jeanie Burke, Registered Dietitian and Lifestyle Education, will present "Heart Attack, Stroke, and Diseases in our Arteries" on Monday, January 16 from 6:30- 7:30 p.m.
What do you need to know? The presenters will cover the reasons for diseases of our arteries, prevention and treatment including the effects of a healthy diet. The presentation will take place in the NorthPointe Health and Wellness Education room. For more information, please call 815-525-4500.
