Oncology/Special Care

This is a 7 bed oncology and palliative care unit. Each room is private allowing the patients and their family space to facilitate addressing the psychosocial impact of disease, as well as, to receive current treatments such as chemotherapy, continue radiation therapy, and/or quality of life therapies. Nursing staff are specially trained to meet the patient's and families' needs. The entire health care team is utilized to provide assistance with both in hospital care and in planning for care needs following hospitalization.
