Would You Like to Volunteer?

Currently, we are looking for volunteers who would like to work in our VIP Grille- a Monday-Friday snack shop where you would serve and checkout customers. Please call 608-364-5162 if you are interested.

Beloit Health System has more than 400 volunteers who donate their time and energy to patients in our community. They are a very active and highly appreciated group of people who are dedicated to making our patient’s experience even better. Beloit Health System volunteers are called VIP’s (Volunteers in Partnership).

If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, you may consider being a Volunteen in our VIP Grille, Emergency Room, or Gift Shop where you can dedicate a few hours a month to learn more about the field of healthcare or assist those who need your help.

Volunteers spend time in the following areas: Clerical, Emergency Room, Escort, Gift Shop, Lifeline, Medical Records, NorthPointe Terrace, NorthPointe Wellness, Outreach Clinics, Pharmacy, Riverside Terrace, Surgical Waiting Room, Teddy Bear, Third Floor Center Core, VIP Grille, VIP News Carrier and Valet Service.

The VIP’s have given the hospital at total of almost $2 million through various fundraisers including Book Fairs, Cookie Sales, Festival of Trees, or tips from the VIP Grille. These important funds have been designated to the Emergency Room remodeling, Cath Lab and Radiology Equipment, ReStore Lens program and more.
