Make sure to incorporate warm-up and cool-down periods. Take rest breaks as needed between sets. Please check with your healthcare provider to make sure you are healthy enough for exercise. Repeat the following sequence for 20 minutes:
1. 20 arm circles - forward
2. 10 push-ups
3. 20 squats
4. 100 high knees
5. 20 arm circles – reverse
Shrimp Cobb Salad
A twist on the original cobb salad. You can customize this salad for individual tastes in the household. Try placing the shrimp on skewers and grilling them to maximize flavor.
To make one salad:
1. Place two cups of shredded or chopped romaine lettuce on a plate.
2. Garnish salad with – grilled shrimp, ½ cup diced tomatoes, ½ cup diced hard-boiled egg, ¼ cup diced cooked bacon, ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
