There are 15 exercises listed below. Perform each exercise for one minute and repeat the cycle one time for a 30-minute calorie-blasting, muscle-building work-out!

9. Bicep curls – pick a weight that is comfortable to start, increase weight as able 10. High knees
11. Side leg lifts – left leg
12. Sumo squats
13. Butt kicks
14. Tricep dips on a chair
It’s not quite fall yet, but it’s never too soon to incorporate apples into a delicious chicken salad. Apples are high in fiber and vitamin C. The added sweetness and crunch make this chicken salad perfect to eat on it’s own or put it on some whole-grain bread for a quick lunch.
