This position will:
Maintain pools and spas chemistry in accordance with standards
General maintenance duties including appliance repair, plumbing fixture repairs
Perform preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment
Complete some carpentry and painting projects
Assist with snow removal
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of pumps and air handling equipment operations
Preferred:
Two years' general maintenance experience
General mechanical aptitude
