Beloit Health System is adding to our NorthPointe Birth Center for Second
Assistant.
This new and exciting position with work at our beautiful NorthPointe Birthing
Center to provide care for the client and family during the labor, birth,
and postpartum period. They will assist the RN Birth Assistant and Certified
Nurse Midwife with tasks and skills they have been approved to perform.
This Second Assistant will also assist with patient education programs,
community outreach, and center operations.
Requirements:
High School graduate with current Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, or Doula
certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience
Graduate of Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, or Doula program may be considered,
but must have certification within 6 months of hire
BLS certification required within 3 months
NRP certification within 12 months of hire
Experience in neonatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care strongly preferred
No Call Required, Monday- Thursday, Fridays off
