This position will:
Oversee and ensure efficient Radiology operations, ensuring a high level
of productivity and providing operational and technical direction
Monitor the function of the department, resolve problems and revise operations as needed
Partner with other departments and leaders to assure quality patients services
and overall patient satisfaction
Be responsible for resolution of any patient concerns, complaints and/or problems
Support the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives
Participate in community activities and in the development, implementation
and evaluation of business and market growth plans
Develop and administer policies and procedures to accomplish department
specific and organizational initiatives
Required:
Graduate of an AMA-Accredited school of Radiology
ARRT certification
Radiography licensure in Wisconsin and Illinois
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Health Care Administration
or related field
CPR within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
Typically requires 5 years of experience in a health care facility that
includes experience and knowledge in medical practice and management
1 year of supervisory experience in managing staff and monitoring the budget
and resources
PACS knowledge encouraged
