This position will:
Work fully on-site at Beloit Clinic
Be responsible for recruitment of new providers for Beloit Health System.
This will include sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, negotiating
salaries and benefits.
Attend job fairs to meet and talk with potential candidates.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or
health care field
Certification by Medical Group Management Association and American Society
of Physician Recruiters within one year of hire
Strong demonstrated knowledge of physician production and compensation
plans to include ability to model and analyze work Relative Value Units
data (wRVU) for physician compensation.
Demonstrated experience working with consulting firms to document the BHS
Physician Compensation Plan and how it relates to market.
