This position will:

  • Supervise staffing for all kitchen areas: Preparation, employee cafeteria and catering
  • Plan and create menus for patients, retail and catering
  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures
  • Assure sufficient quantities of pre-prepared items are available to meet projected demands and are stored in a manner which increases their usefulness while maintaining quality

Required:

  • 3 years’ related culinary experience
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel
  • Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls and presentation

Preferred:

  • One year culinary experience at management level
