Beloit Health System is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Packard Family Care Center.

The Clinical Nurse Manager is an essential member of the leadership team. In this position the Clinical Nurse Manager will coordinate and evaluate patient care. This individual will also ensure and evaluate documentation of nursing care and outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Manager manages labor resources to ensure nursing staff availability and productivity. In addition, this individual will assess and support unit staff development and learning needs. The Clinical Nurse Manager assists in preparing and monitoring monthly reports. This individual will serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred

• Active WI RN License, ability to get IL RN upon request

• NRP & PAL certification within 6 months of hire

• EMF certification within 12 months of hire

• 3 - 5 years experience as an RN in an acute care setting

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Special Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of computers and software - Cerner preferred

• Training and knowledge to perform patient care in prenatal and nursery settings
