This position will:
Supervise staffing for all kitchen areas: Preparation, employee cafeteria
and catering
Plan and create menus for patients, retail and catering
Manage cost controls and control expenditures
Assure sufficient quantities of pre-prepared items are available to meet
projected demands and are stored in a manner which increases their usefulness
while maintaining quality
Required:
3 years’ related culinary experience
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel
Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production,
sanitation, safety, food cost controls and presentation
Preferred:
One year culinary experience at management level
