The New Moderna COVID-19 vaccine formulation for the 2023–2024 season is now available at Beloit Health System. This new formulation is available for all patients 6 months of age and older; please make an appointment with your primary care provider to schedule an appointment to receive this vaccine.

COVID-19 Precautions

We are taking additional precautions to keep you safe when you return for your appointment.

• We have increased and enhanced cleaning procedures across our campus, especially in high traffic and high touch areas, like elevators and reception desks.
• We ask that you regularly sanitize your hands while visiting. Especially after touching any personal items, buttons, desks, or handles.
