The award is presented to home health services that have demonstrated superior performance in patient satisfaction for the past year.

Based on a comparative analysis of home health services involved in Fazzi Associates’ HHCAHPS system, results for the Overall Satisfaction or Likelihood of Recommending survey questions placed At-Home Health in the top 25% of Fazzi’s National Patient Satisfaction database. These agencies are proven leaders and have excelled in one of the most important measures of an agency’s quality program – the patient experience.
