Beloit Health System Employees to Be Honored

BELOIT, IL. — On Wednesday, February 5, at 1:30 pm in the Beloit Memorial Auditorium, 25 Beloit Health System employees will be honored for their exemplary service to patients, family members, and coworkers.
During the event, one employee will be selected to attend a special program at the Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida. The event is part of the Values Initiative, introduced at BHS in 2016, recognizing employees who live the Health System’s Values of Engagement, Quality, Satisfaction, and Integrity.
Employees earning pins for all four Values are eligible to attend a Disney Institute seminar on customer service. The seminar focuses on the renowned Disney method of providing exemplary customer experiences. Attendees will bring their knowledge back to the organization and share what they have learned, adding to BHS’ continued commitment to providing the best care.
