COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Change of  Hours

Beloit Health Systems vaccine clinic has moved to the Beloit Clinic building, 1905 E Huebbe Pkwy, Beloit, WI.

Please note vaccines will be provided by appointment only. The vaccine is being administered at no cost to the patient.

Appointments can be scheduled via the dedicated vaccine hotline, 608.364.5663, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Since first offering the vaccine in 2021, Beloit Health System has administered 13,500-plus second doses, over 6,700 boosters, and over 35,000 total COVID-19 vaccines. A Wisconsin state vaccination survey completed on March 17, 2022, passed with “flying colors” Beloit Health System’s vaccination clinical, preparation, and dispensing processes. Beloit Health System plans to continue to deliver this valuable service to the community with the same highest standard of care.
