COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Change of Location and Hours

Effective April 4, 2022, Beloit Health Systems vaccine clinic is moving and will be located at the Beloit Clinic building, 1905 E Huebbe Pkwy, Beloit, WI. Vaccine appointments will be available Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Complete COVID-19 guidelines and information can be found on the Corona Virus Resource webpage:

Beginning April 4, the COVID-19 Vaccine Center is moving from 1904 Heubbe Pkwy. Vaccine appointments will be located at the Beloit Clinic building, 1905 E. Huebbe Pkwy. The 1904 E. Huebbe Pkwy location will close April 1.
Please note vaccines will be provided by appointment only. The vaccine is being administered at no cost to the patient. Vaccine appointments will be scheduled on the following days and times:
Thursdays, Moderna Vaccine – 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 by appointment
Fridays, Pfizer Vaccine – 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 by appointment
Appointments can be scheduled via the dedicated vaccine hotline, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 608-364-5663.
Since first offering the vaccine in 2021, Beloit Health System has administered 13,500-plus second doses, over 6,700 boosters, and over 35,000 total COVID-19 vaccines. A Wisconsin state vaccination survey completed on March 17, 2022, passed with “flying colors” Beloit Health System’s vaccination clinical, preparation, and dispensing processes. Beloit Health System plans to continue to deliver this valuable service to the community with the same highest standard of care.
