Are You Ready to Stop Smoking in 2016?

Beloit Health System will host a free introduction to smoking cessation session on Wednesday, January 6 between 5 and 7 p.m. at Beloit Hospital. Respiratory Therapist Peter Sanville and Addictions Counselor Brandi Lander will give a brief introduction to smoking cessation.
The American Lung Association “Freedom from Smoking” program includes attending meeting and eight consecutive weekly 2-hour group sessions. The community is welcome to attend the free meeting on Wednesday, January 6 at the hospital. Anyone electing to participate in the Freedom From Smoking cessation program will need to schedule a “smoking cessation assessment” prior to attending a session by calling 608-364-5686. Call for more information on cost and schedule.
