Kris Armann was recently announced as Vice President of Human Resources for Beloit Health System, the new partnership between Beloit Memorial Hospital and Beloit Clinic. Armann has been Director of Human Resources at the hospital for six years. He will now have the Human Resources department, as well as Community Relations and Volunteers (VIP’s) reporting to him in his new role as vice president.
Armann has 35 years of leadership experience in healthcare human resources. He is also a member of both Wisconsin Healthcare Human Resources Association and the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Association.
“Now as an integrated health system, we have a stronger presence in the medical community and can look to the future,” explains Armann. “Our patients, employees, and physicians will benefit from our combined efforts, making our medical facilities more desirable places to work and seek healthcare.”
