Ballroom Dance Your Way into the New Year

Is your New Year’s resolution to learn a new way to enjoy exercise? If so, why not try ballroom dancing. NorthPointe Wellness Dance Program six-week sessions with instructor Maria Varela, begin the week of January 15.

Whether you are looking to stay physically active, meet new people, or prepare for an upcoming event, the dance session will give you the boost you’ve been looking for. You will learn the foxtrot, cha-cha, swing and various other dances.

You can sign up as an individual ($60 non-member or $50 member) or a couple ($120 non-member or $100 member) and several class times are offered: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, some during the day and some in the evening.
