Beloit Health System remains here for you during the COVID-19 crisis with an emphasis on providing the very best care for the community. BHS is safe, protected, and available for your medical needs. As a result of a sustained downward trend of COVID-19 hospitalization rates, the health system will be expanding our visitor policy.
Beloit Health System continues to update hours of service based on our most important factor, the well-being of our patients and staff.
Effective February 16, 2021:
The following visitor policies remain in place:
Staff and hospital patients are not permitted to provide oversight to visitors who cannot care for themselves. Visitors should refrain from bringing any items (e.g. person, food, beverage, flowers, etc.) to a patient, unless medically necessary. All visitors must be screened at the front entrance and pass a health screening process in order to enter the facility. All visitors and patients will be required to wear a mask.
BHS is taking these actions because the health and safety of you, our patients and care team remain our top priority during this heightened time of COVID-19. Please use video messaging, FaceTime, Skype, and phone calls to visit with your loved ones in the hospital. If you need assistance, please call our main line at 608-364-5011.
