CHIP Program Gets Your Health Back on Track

The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP)  is a series of 18, one hour classes over 12 weeks in a combination lecture and workshop format. It includes a before and after lifestyle evaluation for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure and weight, a textbook, workbook, and food samples.

The program will be billed to your insurance, and the cost of the materials will be free to the first 10 participants who sign up for the program.

Classes run January 9, 2018 – April 5, 2018 from 5:00-6:00 PM.
