Diabetes Classes Offered in May

If you are a Diabetic, are you as healthy as you can be? Beloit Health System is offering their Diabetes Self-Management Program to help those with diabetes understand and incorporate lifestyle changes. The program is a special two afternoon class on Monday and Wednesday, May 21 and 23 from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Fourth Floor Classroom. The class will include the hospital’s certified diabetes educators offering education to help diabetics and their families better manage the disease. This diabetes patient education program has been awarded recognition by the Diabetes Association and will show you the latest in diabetes care.

Class size is limited and you are asked to register early. Lunch will be provided. For more information and to register, please call the hospital’s Education Department at 608-364-5137.
