Diabetes Self-Management Program Offers Education

 If you are a diabetic, are you as healthy as you can be? Beloit Health System will offer their Diabetes Self-Management Program to help those with diabetes understand and incorporate lifestyle changes. The program will be offered on Saturday, April 9th from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at Beloit Hospital. The class will include the hospital’s certified diabetes educators offering education to help diabetics and their families better manage the disease. This diabetes patient education program has been awarded recognition by the Diabetes Association and will show you the latest in diabetes care. Class size is limited and you are asked to register early. A lunch will be provided.
