Lovelight is an annual tradition for many families who dedicate a light on one of the large evergreens on the front lawn of the hospital. The donation of a red or green light is in honor of a loved one, a white light is dedicated in memory of someone special. This year lights can be purchased to honor a veteran or active military member.
The Beloit Health System volunteers ask that a minimum donation of $5 be given for each light. This year, individuals or businesses donating $30-$99 will be listed as Silver Patrons, those donating more than $100 will be listed as Gold Patrons. The proceeds will go towards the VIP’s (Volunteers in Partnership) scholarship fund for area youth entering healthcare professions.
Lovelight listings received by December 14, 2016 will appear in the December 21, 2016 issue of the Stateline News and be posted on this website.
If you would like to honor someone with a Lovelight - you can download and print the form here - or pick up a form in the hospital lobby.
