Beloit Health System is offering a free education seminar titled "Planning for your Future Medical Needs" on Tuesday, June 21st from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Dr. Shelly Johnsen, Family Medicine and Dr. Leland From, Internal Medicine, will be the physician presenters along with social workers Scott Markley and Tracy Markley.
Do you know to prepare for your medical eventualities? At this seminar you will learn more about having a few steps in place to prepare for your future care or the care of a loved one. There are several levels of preparation for medical eventualities including an accurate list of medications and the latest medical preparation program.
