Class I, II and III Pilot Examinations
Class I, II, and III comprehensive pilot examinations are conducted by Kenneth Klein, M.D., Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, certified by the FAA and the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Examinations include a physical and EKG and are conducted at the NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus – 5605 E. Rockton Road, Roscoe, Illinois.
Costs are as follows:
$225 – First Class FAA Airman Medical Certification exam.
$186 – Second and Third Class FAA Airman Medical Certification exam.
If an EKG is needed, the cost is $75.
$51 for each additional half hour.
