Referrals

You do not need to be a medical professional to make a referral to Beloit Regional Hospice and you do not need to wait for a doctor’s referral to have your questions answered. We will respond to any of your questions to help you determine which, if any, of the care services that we provide would be appropriate for your specific situation.
