Coordinator - Quality & Satisfaction position. Come join a wonderful team!
The Coordinator - Quality & Satisfactionwill assist Beloit Regional
Hospice & AHH to assure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
This individual will facilitate PIPS as well as QAPI coordination. The
Coordinator - Quality & Satisfaction will take part in on-call rotation.
Required:
Graduate of accredited nursing program
BSN preferred
Unrestricted WI or IL License with the ability to get the other upon hire.
Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
Previous experience in Hospice or Home Health
