Counseling Care is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Licensed
Social Worker who possesses strong clinical skills, organizational skills
and thorough documentation abilities. We are consumer-focused, and seek
the ideal candidate who has the ability to work with a diverse community,
various age ranges (ages 4 and up), and LGBTQ+ community. We offer team
supervision, professional development and a full secretarial and insurance
billing team who help support the practice so you can work on making a
difference in our community.
This position will:
Provide comprehensive mental health treatment to patients and families
in cooperation with physician, nursing and other professional interdisciplinary
staff and community agencies
Requirements:
Master's degree, post 3000 hours, Licensed as LPC or MSW at a minimum.
Ideal candidate will have 3000 hours post-graduate experience, Wisconsin
license as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT and at least 3 years' experience
Must work well independently and with a team
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and interact with employee,
patients, and family members in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred:
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
Bi-lingual ability
