This position will be responsible for the receipt and processing of all
payments on a daily basis. You will be expected to accurately post payments
and adjustments, resolve credit balances and validate accuracy of both
manual and automated posting through reconciliation processes. Activities
performed with this position support the overall financial health of the
organization by ensuring resolution of accounts receivables occurs in
a timely manner.
Required:
High School Diploma/equivalent
Certification in Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or its equivalent
is required or should be acquired within on (1) year of being employed
in this position. Requires 36 hours of CEU per year
Minimum of 2 years' experience in clerical, customer service or medical billing
Minimum of 2 years' experience payment posting with reconciliation
