Beloit Health System is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for Gastroenterology.

The Clinical Nurse Manager is an essential member of our leadership team. In this position the Clinical Nurse Manager will coordinate and evaluate patient care of designated units, ensure and evaluate documentation of nursing care and outcomes. This individual will function as a clinical resource and role model for staff. The Clinical Nurse Manager will effectively manage labor resources to ensure staff availability and productivity. This individual will resolve issues involving patients, families, employees, physicians, and other disciplines.

In the position the Clinical Nurse Manager will assess and support staff development and learning needs, assist in preparing annual budget and monitoring monthly reports for areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred

• Active WI RN License

• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred

• Preferred the ability to manage human and financial resources ensuring a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors
